SpreeTree: Final Fantasy IV on DS is pointlessly difficult. My characters are not powerful enough after only 40 minutes. I don't have time for this.

SpreeTree: Nothing but DIY (and the occasional episode of Buffy!) at the moment. Twittering and blogging be damned it seems!

  • 09:49:27 pm on October 2, 2009 |

SpreeTree: 3 straight days of moving and cleaning. Soon the DIY needs to start. I really am not built for this. Food will help - a lot.

SpreeTree: My NSLU2 has been running it's disk backup step for nearly 36 hours straight... It's only 500GB of data! And I need it to finish soon...

SpreeTree: @roskelld I use it all the time (on PC), and if you get a build from SVN and use one of the latest skins, it's an absolute winner

SpreeTree: @wilshipley It's like the new 'Battlestar Galactica' movie in development that has no relation to the recent series - diluting a brand much?

  • 11:07:18 am on September 16, 2009 |

SpreeTree: @paulecoyote I imagine it would. We simply use it internally on the different teams and it always gets a good report

SpreeTree: @giryan I've requested so it's in the hands of the server masters now :)

SpreeTree: RT @reviewboard: Review Board 1.0.2 is released - http://bit.ly/TkpXT [One of the best open source (and free) projects out there!]

SpreeTree: @LucPestille Looks like I need to watch season 5 of house pretty quick then! Out on DVD soon I think

  • 03:01:33 pm on September 9, 2009 |

SpreeTree: @BinaryTweedDeej Ahh normally I love .Net (with Visual Assist installed) but this just smacks of "We'll make the intern write this bit" :\

SpreeTree: AArgh, why is the Visual Studio configuration manager so unbelievably crap!

  • 05:05:20 pm on September 7, 2009 |

SpreeTree: @aycangulez Clean code has little to do with the need for comments. Only source file that doesn't need commenting is an empty source file.

SpreeTree: @EvilKimau Well I've managed to get it all connected (doing another 10 things at the same time) so now to hit that compile button! ;)

SpreeTree: @doctormikereddy Does it provide multiple search windows? Thats the one thing that nothing beats TweetDeck on and it pretty vital!

  • 05:56:19 pm on September 5, 2009 |

SpreeTree: Think I need a new Twitter app for iPhone. TweetDeck is constantly crashing and not updating columns on every refresh. back to Twitteriffic

SpreeTree: Migrating from NewsGator to Google Reader...

  • 02:49:40 pm on September 4, 2009 |

SpreeTree: @BinaryTweedDeej XMLSerializer. This is pure C# and .Net, no XNA in sight. Is making the saving/loading of data a trillion% easier though!

  • 02:30:05 pm on September 4, 2009 |

SpreeTree: Hummm, this C# XML Serialization doesn't seem to be making my code any clearer...

  • 10:10:53 am on September 4, 2009 |

SpreeTree: @barog I think thats a fair enough excuse ;)

SpreeTree: @barog I def think it's going to be more fun than Logo - if I had the time I could spent hours playing with it! :)

SpreeTree: Quite impressed with MS's Kodu. Cool scrpting fun for aspiring designers and maybe even young programmers to be :)

SpreeTree: We've no worries about being over-run by killer robots. New PC's are so fu*king slow that we'll easily be able to out-run them

  • 02:17:12 pm on September 2, 2009 |

SpreeTree: @paulecoyote Yeah - I'm looking forward to watching it again, probably after the release of The Plan. Good to see it develop over time
